Junior Jump 3 and 4
All Jump programs are developed from an overarching curriculum. Children experience a balance of learning about academic concepts and self-regulation skills, through being given the opportunity and experience to practice and master skills. How adults guide children’s impulsive actions and provide loving boundaries helps develop self-regulation. ( Shanker, 2013 ). The curriculum outlines experiences that two and three-year-olds will experience through the environment or intentional teaching.
Partnership with Families
Parents, teachers and educators create a team approach contributing to greater stability and consistency for each child while they explore and practice skills fostering independence and self-regulation.
